Candy Sushi

Tovah found this recipe in one of my Family Fun magazines. We cut circles from pound cake and wrapped them with fruit roll-ups. Then we frosted the tops and added shredded coconut (for rice) and other candies. We even pressed out a Starburst and added pear flavored jelly bellies to resemble the pickled ginger and wasabi typically served with sushi. The girls loved them!
